Our Principles

All disciplinary actions are administered in accordance with the Employment Code Act No. 3 of 2019 and guided by:

Fair Hearing: Right to be informed and respond to allegations.
Consistency: Similar offences attract similar sanctions.
Proportionality: Sanctions match the gravity of the offence.
Right to Representation: Accompanied by a fellow employee during hearings.

Zero Tolerance & Gross Misconduct

The following offences may lead to Summary Dismissal (Termination without Notice):

Corruption, Theft, or Fraud
Sexual Harassment, Abuse, or Exploitation
Reporting for duty under influence of alcohol/drugs
Absence without permission for >3 consecutive days
Gross negligence causing loss or sabotage
Assault or malicious damage to property

Note: Progressive discipline (Verbal → Written → Final Warning) applies to minor offences like lateness or uniform violations.
