3. Workplace Conduct

Professional Behavior

• Treat all colleagues, customers, and stakeholders with respect and courtesy.
• Follow all lawful instructions from supervisors and management.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to working hours as per the Employment Manual.
• Refrain from using profane, offensive, or discriminatory language.

Attendance & Punctuality

• Employees must record attendance daily.
• Unexcused absenteeism or tardiness is subject to disciplinary action.
• All absences must be reported in advance to the immediate supervisor.

4. Harassment & Discrimination Policy

Kombz Leap Enterprises is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment, discrimination, and gender-based violence.

• Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome advances, requests for favors, or other conduct of a sexual nature is strictly prohibited.
• Discrimination: No employee shall be discriminated against based on gender, race, religion, age, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic.
• Gender-Based-Violence (GBV)The company maintains a zero-tolerance approach and will take immediate action against any form of violence or abuse.

5. Use of Company resources and properties

• Company property, including vehicles, equipment, and computers, must be used for business purposes only.
• Employees are responsible for any loss or damage due to negligence or misuse.
• Unauthorized removal or use of company property is considered misconduct and may lead to disciplinary action.
• Personal use of company resources must be minimal and approved by management.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All employee, customer, and business information must be treated as strictly confidential.
• Confidential information must not be shared with unauthorized persons, even after employment ends.
• Employees must comply with data protection principles and safeguard personal data.
• Breach of confidentiality is a serious offense and may result in immediate dismissal.

7. Disciplinary Process

Disciplinary actions are designed to correct behavior and ensure compliance with company standards. The process includes progressive steps:

1. Verbal WarningIssued for minor infractions.
2. Written WarningFor repeated or more serious violations.
3. Final WarningFinal notice before termination.
4. TerminationFor gross misconduct or failure to improve after prior warnings.

8. Reporting Violations

If you suspect a violation of this Code of Conduct, you have a responsibility to report it. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is strictly prohibited.

• Report to your immediate supervisor or department head.
• If uncomfortable, report directly to Human Resources.
• Anonymous reports may be submitted via the confidential reporting system.
